You can count on Christi! As a lifelong resident of Montgomery, I know our city neighborhoods, country roads and most everything in between. I want to be your advocate, whether it’s selling your existing home, finding just the right new-to-you home, undertaking new construction, or acquiring investment property. I don’t want to just list your home, but help you sell your home for the maximum dollar. I’ll give you advice on staging for the biggest wow factor, use current and relevant marketing methods, keep you informed at least weekly of current activity, and focus my energy on bringing you a buyer! Or, if you are looking for a home, I’ll listen to your wants and needs as I search continually for the perfect place for you. I’ll keep you updated of new listings that might be the right fit, negotiate the very best deal, and navigate through the offer/purchase/financing process, with advice every step of the way. You will not be lost in the shuffle with me by your side!

So who am I? I’m a wife, mother, and real estate enthusiast! I received my undergraduate degree in accounting from AUM, and a Masters of Accountancy degree from Auburn University in 1995. My career as an accountant and a CPA has spanned public accounting, nonprofit organizations, health care administration, and real estate accounting. My husband and I over the past 12 years or so have enjoyed being involved in real estate through buying, renting, and selling properties as investments. Now I want to share my passion and knowledge of the Montgomery real estate market with others. As an agent with Wallace and Moody Realty, I look forward to being your go-to person for anything real estate related. My goal is to make you feel like the most important person in my day. You can count on Christi! Call or text me today!
