My family had a very positive experience with our realtor, Jennifer Friday at Wallace and Moody. We lived in our first house for 18 years, and Jennifer helped us sell our starter home fairly quickly. She was always available to answer our questions, and would be our voice of reason if we started to “freak out”. We ended up getting an offer on our house while Jennifer and our family were both on vacation! Jennifer took the time out of her family vacation to help us work out a counter offer and keep us informed as soon as she would hear back from the buyer’s realtor. Our buyer had a bunch of delays during the closing process, and Jennifer stayed in constant contact with us and the buyer’s realtor to make sure the process was being pushed along. We were buying a family home, so we did not need Jennifer to show us other houses, but I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell a house!
