I do not see how we could have had a better experience with a realtor.

My wife and I were searching for our first home in the area surrounding Montgomery, Alabama in the beginning of 2017. We were due to have our first child before the end of February and were becoming increasingly stressed. We came into contact with Katie Roth-Thompson at the end of January and we were in our new home by the end of March. Katie guided us beautifully through the entire process, making us feel at ease the entire time. She recommended homes in every area that we put on our wish list and took the time out of her day to personally guide us on tours of almost ten different homes in a three week span. We even swapped our mortgage company based on her recommendation, which turned out to have saved us some major headaches. The home that we settled on was in our price range, in a good neighborhood, and in the area that we wanted. I do not see how we could have had a better experience with a realtor. In the future, should we be buying or selling a house again, we will go out of our way to use Katie Roth-Thompson.
